Our members may include: Students, Young professionals, Entrepreneurs, Educators, Business owners, Ministry and community leaders, Creatives and professionals, Aspiring leaders. Anyone who wants to grow and make a positive difference. You do not need to be an experienced leader to join. You can join because you want to become one.
How do I become a 3L Leader?
Leadership in the 3L Community is earned through growth, participation, responsibility, and service—not simply by joining.
Start by actively participating in the community and consistently engaging with your 3L Journey.

How do I join 3L LIVE?
3L LIVE is the 3L Community's regular live learning and leadership session. Once you are a community member, watch the community announcements for the schedule, topic, and access instructions for each session. 3L LIVE gives members an opportunity to: *Learn practical principles *Explore leadership issues *Ask questions *Participate in discussions *Connect with other members *Apply the 3L System™ to real-life situations. You don't need to be a leader to attend 3L LIVE. It is part of the learning environment through which members develop towards leadership.
